Wilmington, NC is the home for the new late night talk series “Late Fear with Wills Maxwell”. The show will be filmed in front of a live audience in the Dead Crow Comedy Room nearly every Friday night at midnight. The show’s audience will consist of more than just those seated in the comedy club as every episode of the show will be live streamed online. Viewers from all over the world can get online and watch the show live.

The show’s host and producer, Wills Maxwell, conceived the show to serve as an exhibition of the local talent. “I created the show out of my belief that Wilmington is a special place,” says Wills “So every week I want to feature talented comedians, musicians, authors, business owners, everyone who works in this town and helps form this creative, supportive community. I want to show my town off to the world.” The show’s writing staff consists of Wills, the show’s announcer Jonathan Schwartz and is rounded out by Timmy Booth, Drew Harrison, Lydia Manning, Matt White and Cordero Wilson. All of the writers are comedians who perform at the Dead Crow Comedy Room.

The show recently launched a crowd funding campaign to raise money for live stream equipment. They hope to raise $800 by September 7th. The link to donate is listed below. “Late Fear with Wills Maxwell” will premiere Friday, September 12th after stand-up comedian Dave Waite performs.
